Pentacle experience, or if new to Pentacle | Heathre is a longtime member of the Pentacle community, having found the lovely theatre in the woods through Jo Dodge’s acting class in the 1990s. Her most recent work at Pentacle Theatre included assistant directing John Steinbeck’s Of Mice and Men and Edward Albee’s first play, A Zoo Story, as Pentacle’s entry in the 2017 American Association of Community Theatres One-Act Festival. This is her first time back on the performance side of things since 2000, when she played Jeanie in Hair.

Other theater-related experience | Heathre has been involved in community theater since elementary school in California, where she was bitten by the theater bug and has had the fever ever since.

Family, work, hobbies, where you live… | For the past 10 years, Heathre has taught a captive audience of second and third graders at Myers Elementary School in West Salem — Go Mustangs! A recent transplant to historical Salem, she is enjoying all the arts and cultures this town offers. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to bring Martha to life and is thankful for the support of her friends and family.

Family, work, hobbies, where you live… | Michael is married to an artist and lives with a vertically accelerating son, a Jackalope, a Kangaroo and a Hobbit.
Michael is into filmmaking and enjoys being both in front of and behind the camera. He works as a professional photographer at his Bluecatz Studio, where you can see his work at www.bluecatz.com, and was the production photographer for several seasons at Pentacle Theatre.

Pentacle experience, or if new to Pentacle | Max is thankful to return to the Pentacle stage for a second time in the 2017 season, after appearing in Noises Off earlier this year. Other Pentacle experience includes roles in The Aliens, The Diary of Anne Frank, and The Addams Family.

Other theater-related experience | Recently, Max played Rosencrantz in Willamette University’s production of Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead. In winter 2018, he will be co-directing/writing a musical revue performed at and by the students of West Salem High School.

Family, work, hobbies, where you live… | Max lives in Salem, studies at Chemeketa Community College, writes for the Chemeketa Courier, enjoys film and music, and more than likely will still be trying to finish reading Infinite Jest when you read this.

Pentacle experience, or if new to Pentacle | This is Paris’s second show at Pentacle Theater. Her first production at Pentacle was Jesus Christ Superstar. She has also portrayed Annie in Annie Get Your Gun, Wormtrox Alpha in Big Trouble in Little Hand (a student-written production), Adelaide in Guys and Dolls, Frenchie in Grease and Grandma Tzeitel in Fiddler on the Roof.

Other theater-related experience | Paris has been involved with the technical theater department for Arsenic and Old Lace, Much Ado About Nothing, The Foreigner and Almost Maine, all at West Salem High School. She is also a National Association of Teacher of Singing winner and attended Nationals for NATS in Chicago in 2016.

Family, work, hobbies, where you live… | Paris is a waitress at Gerry Frank’s Konditorei (the cake shop) and a full-time student at Chemeketa Community College. She enjoys Fettuccine Alfredo, fishing in Pacific City and dogs.
